We love building homes, and with over 55 years of collective experience, we have created a process that is entirely client-driven, from design and decorator selections, to construction and warranty work. It's our passion for people that drives us to build our clients not just a house, but a home that is custom designed to their needs. We know that just as important as choosing the location for your home is choosing WHO is actually going to build it. HISTORY OF RINALDI BUILDERS

Skip and Debbie Rinaldi formed Rinaldi Builders, LLC because they share the same vision and passion for community and building homes.

Skip Rinaldi is a driving force with his high level of expertise and passion for building homes. His construction experience began in Commercial and Industrial Construction and spans from shopping centers, schools, hospitals, casinos, gas stations, and municipal and public works projects. But his passion for home building was nurtured by his grandfather when he was a young boy. Skip remembers driving on the weekends with his grandfather to visit home construction sites. Skip now carries on the tradition set by his grandfather in building a high quality home combining current technology with old world architecture.

Skip’s 35 plus years of experience combined with Debbie’s 20 years of experience in construction, design, and decorating make them the perfect team to build your dream home. Together they are taking a new approach to building on the Northshore, striving to provide the best experience, the best service, the greatest quality, and a competitive price.
