Skip and Debbie Rinaldi have worked very hard to change the perception of building a custom home. What was once viewed as being a very stressful experience can now be an enjoyable and memorable one through their unique approach.

Our staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers are all essential members of our homebuilding team. Each one is crucially important to the building process. We like to think of it as a three legged stool, our customers, our staff and our subs and suppliers. Each must do their part in the design and construction of your home. Not only do we want our clients engaged in the process, we require that they be involved.

From the preliminary sketch to the finalized plans, our clients' input is vital to the success of the project, having them involved at each stage ensures the 100% satisfaction. Once the walls are framed, our clients choose the location of electrical outlets, phone outlets, and TV outlets. This brings the process to life. We spend significant amounts of time on the front end, to make sure you get what you want on the back end.

A home that is unique and customized to your family will better capture your family's memories. We not only look at how you live today but also look at how you will be living in the future. Questions that we ask allow us to accommodate for expansion of your home in the future and accessibility as you may have to take care of someone with special needs. We value the positive impact that a custom home can have on your family's day to day life, and recognize it's the perfect opportunity to express your personal taste and individuality. Rinaldi Builders is ready to help you start the process.

Rinaldi Builders has a unique process when it comes to homebuilding. In every stage of the process we strive for excellence, quality and most importantly, our client’s satisfaction. Many things happen behind the scenes before we can start building the home of your dreams. Customized plans are drawn, permits must be obtained, subcontracts issued, and temporary utilities must be installed.

Finally, we must get copies of the latest blueprints for your home to your Construction Team.

LET'S START BUILDING!

Stage 1 Stage 2 Stage 3 Stage 4

The Foundation Stage

To reach Stage One, the house pad must be placed, all necessary plumbing and electrical installed and the foundation must be poured.

The Dry in Stage

Stage Two is complete when all the home’s interior and exterior walls are set, the roof framing is finished, and the home’s shingles, windows, and exterior sheathing have been installed.

The Rough in Stage

To reach Stage 3, the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems must be completed.

The Close in Stage

To reach stage Four, the brick, stucco, or siding exterior of your home, the wall insulation and the interior walls must be completed.
Stage 5 Stage 6 Stage 7

The Interior Trim Stage

Stage Five is complete when your interior doors are set, the cabinets and counter tops have been installed, the moldings are in place and the painting is completed.

The Trim Out Stage

To reach Stage Six, your home's plumbing and electrical fixtures will be set, air condition grilles will be installed, the flooring installed and the final painting will be completed. During Stage Six, we will perform a quality inspection on your home. We will perform a walk through with you to make sure that we have not overlooked any items. Should an item require attention, a final punch list will be completed to make sure that the item is taken care of before closing on the house.

YOUR HOME IS COMPLETE!

Our team will now perform a final walk through with you to make sure that any items identified in Stage 6 have been completed to your satisfaction. All that's left is closing; in less than ten days, your new Home will be ready for move-in!
